Dr. Uyi is an extremely successful businessman, who has been building and running successful businesses in Nigeria for more than two decades. He brings to Shepherd Trust, his wealth of entrepreneurial knowledge, and expertise.
Mr. Ogbeifun is a graduate of accounting and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has over 20 years of banking experience that span through central banking, development banking and commercial banking. He was a pioneer staff of Nigerian Export-Import Bank (NEXIM) and worked with Societe Generale Bank Limited now Heritage Bank limited and Wema Bank Plc. He has held managerial positions as branch manager, project manager and most recently, General Manager for a major telecom dealer to all telecom operators in Nigeria. Mr. George O. Ogbeifun has wealth of experience in project management, risk management, business development, internal controls etc.
Mr. Faluyi is a forward-focused professional with a background in technology, finance, Business Development, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bsc. In Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance. He brings to the board a keen mind and superb analytical skills, an attention to detail and global experience. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Faluyi constantly applies business analysis and critical thinking skills to develop new systems and enhance existing operations. He is a member of the Board Audit Committee.
